FC house lighting(example)

Issue: The house lighting is way too bright, more than usual. On the lowest setting(shown in screenshot) its very bright, and leaves a weird gray tint on everything(look at floor tile and rugs).

This issue is happening as well in my personal house and in private FC room. Same issue with bright lighting even at setting 0, and the strange gray tint on everything. Again, I can provide picture via email. This issue has been going on for more than a week, and my in game settings have not changed. Other players I play with are experiencing the same lighting issue.
