Social FC with a unique focus opening it's doors.

Hello Adventurers,

My name is Bearded Bear and my spouse Kae Niobe (In game names) are recent transfers to the server and have fallen in love with the people, the market, and the atmosphere.
We are starting a Social Free Company with a unique set of goals. We want to focus on everything that makes an FC an FC. To give people a perfect home full of friends and game advantages. We feel like stuff like raiding and PvP work great for Linkshells with a focused goal and will be getting into those at a later date when we have more members with those goals in mind. I'll put an example of what we focus on below in detail.

1. Houses - The focus on everything that a house can give its players. A large space to socialise and enjoy, detailed decoration work with a consistent them by someone who actually worked in housing design in real life with feedback from each member with an update into design each time a piece of furniture is released.

2. Airships - Putting resources into airships to help everyone in the FC. Supplies to better the house and players, resources for crafters to make money and stay in that top tier of crafting, materia for melding, and token for mounts and glamour. Always keeps airships in the best of shape, getting and keeping them end game each update.

3. Workshop/Aetherwheel - Making everything in the workshop and keeping up on updates while keeping a constant flow of grade 3 FC buffs on at all times using resources from the FC airships.

4. Gardening - Keeping an active garden for those that need it. Giving people a space to grow crafting supplies. When not in use by its players we'll be keeping it full of money makers to fill the FC banks in order to buy things like crafting crystals and supplies to decorate the house and build airships.

5. Miscellaneous/Future FC Content - Everything that doesn't fall into its own larger section. Keeping the house full of unique items like the Crystal bell and Triple Triad Board. Looking to get a lot of interactable items to give the house a unique vibe, a real reason to hang out inside and be with other. Crafting tables for people who aren't maxed level. End game trophies to show the accomplishments of its members. Striking dummies and a Chocobo stable with active caretakers. Monthly meeting to get together and bounce ideas around and hear what people have to say and what input they might have.

Rules - TLDR; Treat other how you want to be treated.

We're pretty lax on rules, we understand everyone comes from a different background and has different rules how to behave socially. Our big this is that you follow the FFXIV Terms Of Service and follow the rules that SE have set in place. We're mostly adults here and we leave the smaller things to personal discretion. Those FC moderators will step in to stop heavy drama or flat out offensive stuff like actual racism or homophobia, etc. There is a difference in a little offensive comedy and actually being a bigot.
