I might possibly be moving servers in the near future and would be vacating my small house in Goblet for that reason.
about the Gil returns you get for vacating a property, how long do they take? and does it still apply if you've left your old server and moved to a new one?
As it stands now you do not get any return if you voluntarily relinquish your house. You would have to wait the 45 days for the auto demolition to take it before getting a refund.
At least it's only a small and that gil would be easily made up. Demolishing is depressing btw.
