Question about sch/smn attribute points

I've just hit 30 on my acn and made a sch and a smn, I noticed in doing so that the state point allocation stays the same for both classes. I. E. If I put 13 Stat points into INT as a smn, and switch to sch, my points are still in INT, not mind,and vice versa. If I want to use both classes do I just keep hymns on me at all times? Or do I just evenly divide up points between mind and int? Or am I missing something here entirely with the Stat points?

You'll need a item call keeper if the hymns or something of the sort, it's from your grandcompany, like 225 seals

They share the same point, you can use GC reset stats items, or just choose between int or spr :/

That seems like a very unneeded pain to have to keep resetting your Stat points every time you switch classes.

Those 35 points matter very little in terms of DPS/HPS gain. It's best to just have all 35 in the job you'll play more as.

Actually 35 int points is quite a bit in dps but 35 mnd is nothing. Its about 100 extra healing points

The thing about that is, they're both the same class.
Just because you're holding a fancy job soul stone doesn't mean you're not still an arcanist!
