MNK/NIN LFG for raiding in 3.4, timezone GMT +8

Hi all. I've been playing since the start of A Realm Reborn and I have always been interested in raiding. Currently at item level 240 for MNK and NIN.

I work shift hours, so on some days I can start as early as 7, and on other days during the evenings starting around 9 pm GMT+8, and on weekends and other rest days I have more flexible hours if needed.

I'm quite serious about learning and practising a raid and I do my research outside the game so as to cut down on learning mechanics in-game where possible.
