[Cerberus][HC] [LFM] Melee (Pref. NIN) || MogCN Group1 for 3.4 Progression

<MogCn> on Cerberus is recruiting an exceptional NIN{preferred}
or MNK for our Group 1 Raid team for 3.4 progression.
We are looking for someone with the drive and dedication to push for progression,
who is able to communicate fluently and fits in our group nicely.
We already have a wide variety of nationalities, so we require everybody to speak english.

Requirements

• A8S Clear
  would be highly preferred, but we may consider players on A8S progression as well
• Up to date gear,
  ilvl 240; with just very little time left until 3.4 a Midan Weapon is definitely preferred
• COMMUNICATION via Teamspeak3
• Reliability and full understanding of your job and how it best interacts with all other jobs in raid.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new strategies as we work them out
  being able to suggest your own alternatives during Progression is very important as well
• Be able to receive criticism maturely and improve with it.

Raid Times

• Weekdays 6:30 ST onwards
  usually for about 3 lockouts; This may change in 3.4 though
• Weekends are Open
  Flexibility would be nice here, since we sometimes run earlier and have long raid days depending on everybody's shedule during the week
• We will go fairly hard on 3.4's release clocking in around 8-12 hrs a day in the first week,
  gradually smoothing times out to a normal raiding schedule in the following weeks.

About Our Group,

• Server 1st on A4 Savage
• Server 2nd A5-A7 Savage
• Server 3rd A8 Savage
• Hardcore; we have fun doing progression and just enjoy raiding together in a good atmosphere
