Chocobo "Fun" Equipment

Well since im logged in i might aswell post a suggestion i just thought might be fun.

Suggestion:

Chocobo "Headlight" accessory anyone?

I just noticed how dark it was while riding my chocobo on my main character,
and when i turned in a tight corner a ton of raptors was more or less blocking
my riding path... i just floor'd it & trail-blazed right through em ofcourse,
but it would have been nice to actully see where the hell i was going lol. :p

Anyone else got some "Fun" chocobo accessory suggestions? :o

A Nayn cat tail that shoots out rainbows as you run around. lol

The head light is a fun idea.

I saw this thread title and thought bad, bad things.

Choco-lances... I noticed recently that aggressive mobs can still attack you while one chocobos. Wow, you did too? Commonly known as basic info, yes it's true and it's sad. This world is not chocobo friendly.

I suggest we *strike back with our noble steads while we're on them. Who is to tell us cant engage while riding?? Only on basic issue of balance towards the MMO physics, the chocobo will take dmg, if it's not properly armored, it'll get knocked out (sry, i don't believe in chocobo death)=P

It'll suffer weakness like we do so we won't be able to summon it until after 2:30 min.

*I suggest lances, long sword attacks from chocobos.

I do hope that all this choco armor isn't just an aesthetic thing and that it will have a function. Based on the article with the big epic campaigns or whatever and the concept art with warriors on their armorclad choco's and revamping the graphic engine to display massive amts of players to simulate a war/battlefield effect, the opportunity to battle with ur choco would be wonderful. FF has some of the most in depth and inspiring history and lore of any fantasy game on the market today, it would be a shame for the developers not to take advantage of that. Also sidenote SE please realize that eventhough its been stated that you dont want 14 to seem like a "remake" of 11 that in essence all ff games are kind of remakey. They have summons, spells, jobs, characters, references from the whole cannon of ff games, and to boot most ff players ARE indeed graphic snobs, so many 11 players are bored even with new content because its not as visually appealing and they just want something new, that doesnt mean that certain systems were broken and need a complete revamp. Give us alchemists (a crafter meets classic tactics class), ninja's, elementalists (altern to redmage fighter-casters but give us rdm too ^^, GIVE US CHOCO KNIGHTS - give us fantasy!

Considering we will be able to bring Chocobos into combat, I see the armor as adding some level of "stats" to your pets/mounts.
(Like the ability to take more dmg, before dismounting you maybe? If that even happens on personal chocobos.)

SE can give Chocobo different costumes. One came to my mind, "Robot-Chocobo" costume. In reference to SE wanted to make but never left the office. Maybe we''l get different colored chocobos and that could come first but disquising my chocogo to make it look like I'm riding a mob or robo-chocobo with 'twin-guns' would be fantastic and out of this world!
