LF PLD/DRK for MC Static

We have recently cleared A8S and are looking for a new PLD/DRK for 3.4+ content. I am the existing PLD/DRK and life circumstances have made it to where I am unable to raid on the existing schedule.

Tuesday: 9PM EST
Wednesday: 7:30PM EST
Thursday: 9PM EST
Friday: Off
Saturday: Off
Sunday: 9PM EST
Monday: 9PM EST

All Raid nights are normally a minimum of 3 hours(2 Lockouts)

We are looking for a highly skilled player that plays both PLD and DRK with high proficiency and can switch between the two as needed by content.

Prefer

1. A8S Post Gavel Experience/Clear
2. BiS Gear (We like to min-max)

Required

1. A5S-A7S on Farm with up to 2nd intermission experience in A8S
2. The Ability to maintain high dps while still properly mitigating and surviving in a main tank role.
3. Microphone/Headset + Teamspeak 3
4. Be Vocal - As main tank you should be leading the charge and calling out mechanics, call out lack of CDs for upcoming tank busters or additional CDs you do have to use.
5. Good attitude with a good sense of humor - The group has a varying age range however everyone knows when its time to get serious and focus and at the same time they know when its cool to have fun.
6. Ability to wipe and reset without getting mad - We tend to push content and on our server keep a decent pace at clearing content with us clearing most raids outside the final floor of a raid within the first month or two.
