Aether Database Down? Error 2002

I was just on Balmung, playing on my main. I switched to try to play as my alt, and was greeted to the character selection screen with no characters on it. It's been about an hour and this hasn't resolved itself.

Tried it on a different machine, still no change. Is anyone else having this issue? Or is it my account? Whatever it is, I was just playing and logging off shouldn'tve screwed up my account.

I think it's also affecting the Primal data center, as I don't have any characters on Aether, and I am still having issues connecting to the lobby for my characters on Primal. So I can't even log onto my character on Behemoth so I can invite a friend into my FC.
