Error 90006 when connecting to Leviathan Server

I've been getting this error trying to log in to the Leviathan server.

I tried logging in other Data Centers and it's fine.

i5-2500k
GTX 970
Windows 7 Pro
ISP is Comcast West Coast

I've been getting this error since 11:00 am PDT. I still am unable to log into my main character.

I am able to log into other Data Centers as well as other Worlds in the Primal Data Center. Only in Leviathan I am getting a 90006 error when trying to connect.

I have reset my router, modem and my PC and still have the same problem.

Getting it on Cactaur here too

It's 3:01 PDT and I am still having the same problem :(
