Creating a Savage Static for 3.4

I'm looking to create a semi-hardcore static for the upcoming 3.4 patch. We will have no set raid time until group composition has been complete then figure out a time. Duration of the raid times will be anywhere from 4-8 hours for progression. Members must have complete knowledge of their role and will be tested for dps. Discord or Teamspeak is a must to communicate.

DRG - open
BLM/SMN - open
NIN - open
