Looking for "hardcore" raid group

Looking to join a group that is fairly hardcore for 3.4.

Criteria:
-Group raids 4-5 days for roughly 3-4 hours. Evening EDT is generally good past 7:30, can also do morning
-Group is able to push steady progression at a reasonable rate
-The group has good party composition
-Each player invests deeply in their class with gear+melds/foods+potions/vast knowledge/practice
-Each player has strong raid awareness
-Members have good attitudes/communication/constructive criticism


My credentials:
-began High-end raiding in XIV in Feb 2014
-Server first clears of T12, T13, T6-9s, A1-3s,
-consistent seller of trials/raids from 2.1-3.1
-all crafts 60 with ironworks gear, GSM/ALC/CRP spec
-officer able to put up any FC buff

Why am I looking for a group? I took a break at the end of 3.1 to get caught up with school and work, but new schedule more accomodating.

Experienced classes: SCH/WAR/DRK/AST/DRG
