Cannot Unlock Midas Savage

Hello. I'm creating this thread to beseech the community for some assistance in this matter. I cannot seem to unlock Midas Savage as the quest given by the Wandering Minstrel does not appear. I have completed all of Alexander normal and have unlocked Gordias Savage. I have also defeated the Ultima Weapon on Hard mode. What could possibly be preventing me from unlocking Midas Savage? Any assistance anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated. Please, and thank you.

Have you finished the conclusive quest A Gob in the Machine? Are you sure, you have not unlocked Midas Savage previously (you can check if the Raid Finder allows you to queue to it)?

Thank you for your reply. It seems that was exactly the problem and I didn't even know it because I didn't go really know to venture outside of the city-states and endgame hubs, such as Idyllshire. Thank you for your help, I've got it now. Have a great day. :)
