Mob drop VS DoL gathering rate
In 1.19, I'm actively leveling up DoH classes which I left untouched..
Some level up very very quickly, if the materials being used are from DoLs
But when the main material are gathered from mobs,
the difference is so huge that makes you think something is wrong with the drop rate balance.
Let's take Cobalt Ore and Boar Hide as an example,
with a level 40ish miner, getting a stack of cobalt can be done within 2 hours.
But for Boar Hides, I spent 2 hours and it's only 35 skins I got, the same goes for Peiste Skin and Toad Skin, the drop rates are really bad for these two.
And to my surprise, Peiste Skin, which is used at a lower level by Leatherworker are level 50+ mobs in Riversmeet. I stopped trying to get any of the skins there after killing 5-6 peistes to give me 1 single skin.
Whereas raptors are running everywhere in Iron Lake, and their drop rate seems to be the best among all other skins used @ lower levels, not to mention their high level range.
I hope a DEV can give a response on this matter and see it's intended or soemthing being overlooked.. at this rate the prices of these materials will never be suited/affordable by the crafters of the needed levels.
It also leads to a problem which level 50s are constantly occupying lower level spots.
I myself had already been in at least 2 conflicts with other players due to this reason.
