Support?

Just wondering if there is a better way of getting support?
Obviously they never visit the support section of the forum.
Day # 10 and i still cannot play with this ongoing issue

they posted that players couldnt play on their PS3 and PS4 for the time being as Sony was having technical difficulties betweem the 1st and 2nd of September and it seems now solved did you try again since their information?.

I have been trying about 50 (or more) times since last Saturday :/
I had a different issue which caused me thinking i needed to re-install the game. (Blank white screen and no login box) And now this issue came up after re-install
@ Bixillarla, thanks for the link. I have tried that, it's basically just a FAQ like section, i would actually need to email or talk directly to support
