[NA][Balmung][HC][LFM] RareX Group Two seeking Ninja for 3.4

Greetings. I'm Equum Caelum of RareX looking for a Ninja for 3.4. This recruitment is for my raid group Mom Plz. RareX has taken many server firsts; as such the nature of this FC is to be competitive, hold yourself to a high standard, and have fun.

Schedule: Start times.

• Friday- 8:30 PM EST
  
• Saturday- 4:00 PM EST
  
• Sunday- 2:00 – 3:00 PM EST

Goal: 18 hours/week minimum.

Everyone is on board to go as hard as possible within this time frame.

What we're looking for in a Ninja--

• Being able to communicate and being vocal with mechanics and blunders.
  
• Maintaining focus for long periods of time.
  
• Confident in all utility skills mid-fight. Not just the opener.
  
• Very high DPS.
  
• A8S kill preferred but not required.

Every single person on my team is driven to beat every boss as quickly as possible, and we want someone who has a passion for progression raiding.
