Can you even use feint on brd and how do you use it to increase your dps. I found a couple of ways but this will be very helpful.

It can be cross-classed, yes, but I don't see any point in using it..?
Using it takes one GCD and it has a potency of 120. BRD's main attack skill Heavy Shot has a potency of 150.

So if anything, it lowers your overall dps..?
The slow-effect is the only thing it has going for it, but that wouldn't help your dps, just (at most) help the tank by making the oppontent hit him less often for 10 seconds.

The only time when it will even "increase" your DPS is when:
1. You're in Wanderer's Minuet
2. You have to move for maybe 2-3ish GCDs or less (any longer just turn off WM when moving)
3. Everything else you can do is on CD

Then....and only then... will Feint help you, since it has no cast time, unlike all other on-GCD skills under WM.

So tl;dr it's VERY situational but it can help out. I have it as my 5th cross class (before WM it is useless so...) It's not really "increasing' your DPS but it's helping you not lose as much.

You do know you wont be using feint only with a ogcd right like blunt blood or repelling the math is there if you can use it

I mean...
Feint costs more TP and does less damage than Heavy Shot, so if you want to run out of TP faster then go ahead and use it but honestly it shouldn't be in your main rotation or anything.
If you accidentally mess up and ABSOLUTELY NEED to double weave and you can't bother to hop out of WM to do that then go ahead and use Feint.
