Request for easier multiple linkshell chat

The current system of having to enter your menu to manually swap linkshells is very frustrating, particularly if you have multiple active linkshells. The current chat window shows linkshells in your posession with a number next to each of them corresponding to the order of linkshells in the linkshell window.

Since the first time I was given a second linkshell I have wondered why there is no system in place to chat to any of your linkshells without manually changing them. There is no function for a command such as /1 /2 /3 etc. as is, and in my opinion it would make sense to be able to either have these default for chat to separate linkshells, or be able to customise it to do so.

Being able to chat to multiple linkshells quickly is important when creating groups for events or communicating in two groups at once. The current system is far too time consuming and annoying. I hope that this can be addressed.

Ya, it's been mentioned numerous times by players but we have yet to see it. Hopefully they will, at the very least, solve this for the new UI in 2.0

It's quite silly not to have it, it's such a simple thing to add, and the logical commands are currently unused. I don't see why it would need to wait until 2.0 to be implemented.

Indeed. Implementing the command lines /l1, /l2, /l3, /l4, /l5, /l6, /l7 and /l8 would take like 5 min tops from a programer...since we already have the /l and the LSs indexed.

It's just lack of interest of them in fixing minor, non-impacting in-game stuff...it's just like the moon...why the heck it's still not matching the icon? It's like fixing a flag typo at time/weather/moon widget...the dude could fix it while driking his coffee at lunch break just for fun since would take like 30 sec to do so.
