I would think the standard 2 Tanks, 2 Healers, and 4 DPS would be fine for this but, I'm just not sure if it's better to stick to the standard party or have 3 Healers and 3 DPS instead. And what classes of DPS would be best. I'm a 237 BLM.

Three healers?? Why lol. If the healers can't keep up with the damage at this point, best to start over with replacements. And we're at the point a solid WHM can solo this, though usually you'll see an AST or SCH as support heals though they can be in cleric stance for a good amount of the fight.
Not only is 3 healers absolutely unnecessary to handle damage for any fight, but the loss of dps will make the encounter longer, extending the final phase means more akh morns and dodge patterns, more chances for the party to wipe. Please don't take 3 healers to any fight in this game lol, this isn't T-2 enrage (also unnecessary back then).
Ok so no 3rd healer (sorry I have to ask the stupid questions). Not are there any preferred classes of DPS for this fight or does any combo of them work? (Probably another stupid question but it's one I have to ask).
1 of them should be a melee for limit break and 1 can be brd/mch to help with healer's mp.
The only thing you should maybe avoid are double classes and that just because of the slower LB progress, if all dpses are good even that doesn't matter at all. The rest is just up to the way how good the dps can play their classes.
