Gaia is actually a JP data center so it will be very hard to find other English speakers on it. Chaos is the offical EU data center and the servers are located in Germany I think.
This is the unoffical RP site used by FFXIV players I believe.
If you check on it, you might find there are some RP linkshells already on an EU server. Any EU server is fine really. Moogle has more FR people than the others I believe and Shiva has more German players than the other EU servers. But all have EN people on them so any you choose will be fine.
yeah still trying to get into balmug but thats hard to get into and only reason i'm in the server is cause i play with 3 of my eu friends thats it.
Balmung is actually a North American server. Where abouts do you live Paranoia? Are you closer to USA or to Europe?
