1. Receive Warden's Gauntlets from treasure chest
2. Get an error message that says "You cannot equip this on your job/class"
3. I was a Marauder so there was no reason why I couldn't equip it.

While it is technically equipable by tanks, it is meant to be worn by lancers. That is why you couldn't roll need on it.
