Disbanded <Blank> looking for SCH & WHM & PLD/DRK
Disbanded FC group 1 (Team Disbanded) are now looking for a SCH +WHM + PLD/DRK + DRG/NIN for 3.4 progression. A8s was cleared by us on 19/06/2016.
About us:
The core of our group came from FEAR FC and has slowly rebuilt itself since 3.0 to meet the challenge of A3S+ and after losing a longstanding member to the datacentre change (rip Australia). In the group's original form we cleared T6, T7, T8 and T9 Savage in i130 before Heavensward was released. Since Heavensward we've cleared A1-8s and all extreme content. You are not required to join the FC if you wish to raid with us however you are more than welcome to if you want to do so.
What we're looking for.
The ideal applicant must fit the following criteria:
1: Must be punctual. You accept that you can meet our schedule requirements (see below) and must arrive on time for raid with food and potions ready. We understand that real life issues may occur and ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make a raid.
2: Must know your job and put out good DPS. We're not expecting you to be challenging for top DPS on FFLOGS, but we expect a satisfactory level of DPS and for the applicant to use food and potions to achieve this.
3: Must have access to Teamspeak. You must have a working mic and be willing to communicate in English. A PC player is ideal but we may consider PS4 players with a proven raid history.
4: Be able to take and give constructive feedback and not take it as an attack on your person.
5: Since we're re-building our group we're flexible with experience. You don't have to have an A8s clear, as long as you're confident you can learn and have the right attitude going into next tier we'll consider your application.
Schedule:
We raid 3-4 times a week from 7-10 Server time. Raid days will be finalized depending on players' preferences, once the group is full.
Loot:
Our system is just: Main job needs, secondary job needs after main job has it (everyone picks 1 secondary job). Anything beyond that is "has it at lvl 60" > "don't let it hit the floor" > "floor is i240 now".
