Screen Resolution in-game

Hi there, I am having a bit of an issue with my in game screen resolution. I have tried putting in the native resolution for my laptop, which is 1920x1080; however, it seems as though in the system config, it caps me out at a max of 1538x838 in the custom field. I was able to put in the native resolution of my laptop before changing my OS system from Windows 8 to Windows 10. Any assistance in this would be greatly appreciated as it is quite annoying when I've become so accustomed to my native resolution inside the game.
