Aetherized crystal static recuiting a PLD/DRK and MCH/BRD for 3.4 and beyond
Aetherized Crystal static (Phoenix, EU) is recruiting 2 permanent members for 3.4 progression and future content. The core of our group has been raiding together for the majority of Heavensward with all turns of Alexander Savage cleared. We are looking for a quality DRK or PLD player and MCH or BRD player to finish our roster.
With the start of 3.4 we're aiming for a 4-day raid week at our current starting time of 7 P.M. ST and raiding for 3 hours. Depending on availability and motivation we might look to raid more often or for more hours. Our goal for progression with the upcoming patch is to clear and have the tier on farm in a timely manner. While this schedule is not the most hardcore, we are aiming to be in the first 5 groups to clear 3.4 Alex Savage on Phoenix.
We're looking for players of above average skill level with the ability to learn quickly while giving and taking constructive criticism. As a minimum standard, you must have cleared A7S to be considered for recruitment with experience in A8S preferred. Please demonstrate this with either video or uploads to 3rd party websites like FFLogs.
Additionally, the mindset of the player is important. We don't raid for as many hours as truly hardcore groups, so it's important that each member of the group brings attention his or her personal performance, is able to make strategic adjustments, and has a generally good attitude toward the various frustrations that come with learning content. Flexibility in schedule and role are obviously a plus. In the event that the tier has mechanics requiring certain jobs, you may be asked to play a different job to help accommodate.
