Unable to log in from PS4

This will be day number 3 of not working. The issue seemed to have started saturday August 27th. I launch the game, and get a message "Connecting to Playstation Network"
followed by a blank white screen with the background music playing. I have reset licenses and even re-installed the game completely. (A Realm Reborn and Heavansward)
After several attempts i sometimes get the black screen where there is usually the adds and login box, but everything seems blank and no login box at all.
It actually will time out and give me an error.
I have also reset my router and tested the connection which seems fine. I do play other online games.
