New Job Ability for Disciples of the Hand?

First off, please forgive me if this is posted or suggested somewhere else.

I have a suggestion for a new Job Ability for Disciples of the Hand. One that drops the High Quality synthesis rate to 0%, and adds the current rate to the progress bar of the currently crafted item. This can only be used as the very first action of a given synthesis attempt.

I'll use a Cobalt Ingot as an example.
All NQ: 0/2147, 1% HQ.
All HQ: 1073/2147, 14% HQ.

All HQ mats: HQ rate goes from 14% to 0%, thereby guaranteeing an NQ result. The trade off is that your Progress bar is now 14/72.

I can't come up with any idea of a name for this ability. Though I can see it coming available as a side quest for each given Disciple of the Hand, maybe in the level 40-45 range?

14/72?? Why would anyone do this? That is only 19.4%, MuMe and PbP are 33% right now.
It would be better if represented the completion percentage as raw number; 1073/2147 which is 49.9%, thus, translating to 35/72 (as this game always rounds down).
Of course, this would then make MuMe and PbP completely useless this skill has a very hefty CP cost.

As for a name: Turn the Tables.
As an extension idea, this skill is Specialist locked and switches Craftsmanship and Control stats for the remainder of the craft.
