Quick questions about the optional items

Hey there, I have been thinking of buying a few outfits for my character for my wife and I. We were wondering if when you purchase them if it is a 1 time thing and it is locked to whichever character grabs it, or if you get it for all of your characters. And the other thing is since we were looking at the new robe that is out can only white mages wear it or could even a tank like me or a ninja wear it?

The Y'sholta outfit is locked to one character on a particular server. It's a level 1 item so any role can wear it. It's not role specific.

Also the outfits are not dyable, don't know if that matters to you or not.
