Momodi in the rising

I don't see this posted anywhere else yet. In the Rising event, when you go around to discuss the history, it mentions that this is the third anniversary of the rising, but just as the first year was 5 years from the calamity, 3 years later... We are still 5 years after the calamity according to Momodi?
