Cannot watch Final Coil Turn 3 Cutscene

Hello,

just recently I finished the Final Coil of Bahamut with a group. Since I didn't want to let the others wait I skipped all the cutscenes, because I thought I could revisit it in the inn room.
The problem now is, I can watch all of them besides one: The third cutscene from The Final Coil of Bahamut - Turn 3, when Louisoix wants to explain how he became a Primae (I think it's the cinematic cutscene) and I really wanted to see this in game.

What happens is, that the screen turns black like when it's loading a common cutscene (I see the loading wheel on the bottom left), then the screen slowly turns completely white and then nothing happens.
I waited for 10 minutes and the screen was blank all the time. I could see my mouse, when I moved it and I could press Esc so the menu with "Skip the cutscene" shows up. When I clicked "Skip cutscene" then it took around 15 seconds before it returned to the game, but still it makes me really sad, that I cannot watch this essential scene, which I really want to see in-game and not on some random youtube channel.
