I apologize if this has been posted already, but is anyone else having problems with their action timers? It says the ability is back up (or never counts down to begin with) and you click and click and it says the ability cannot be used. -.-

This is a problem that has existed in the game since the first day they implemented action abilities. People are claiming that it has gotten worse since 1.19 but I've always suffered from it equally since day 1. It seems like one of those problems that won't be solved until the new server is up and running.
I have been having the same problem, it seems like my timers are completely unreliable, they just go off when they feel like it. Even worse, my stat timers don't read correctly either (1 second on light strike's def buff when it should read 10, etc)
