Go Go Posing Ranger's Secret Identities

I'm going to assume because you clicked this thread you finished the questline and I don't have to put anything in Hidden Brackets.

The Yellow Ranger, Beaudefoin, is easily found as The Iceman.

The Red Ranger, Haermaga, is also easily spotted at the main Moonfire Faire hub in Costa del Sol.

But Hildelana, the Black Ranger, where is she? With how easy it is to find the other two I feel like I've overlooked something obvious.

Dude, spoilers! How dare you imply those humble paragons of virtue, the Go Go Posing Rangers, could have secret other lives!

In all seriousness, I was looking for her, too. No idea where she is normally, unless she's back in Limsa somewhere.
