New Raid Linkshell - Recruiting for 3.4

Greetings,
I am putting together a new static Linkshell group for 3.4 content on the Phoenix(EU) server. If the static is running before then we will work on Midas for those who have not yet cleared all content and to fix any issues with the group.
The group is setup to be between “midcore” and “hardcore” raiding.
At the beginning of a new raiding content patch we will raid 4 days a week with an optional 5th day from 8-11pm server time(GMT+1) for two weeks with an optional 5th raid day.
After two weeks we will revert to the standard model of 3 full raid days a week with an optional Monday raid at the standard times of 8-11pm server(GMT+1).
This group is primarily aimed at those individuals who have full time work and obligations and thus can’t devote large amounts of time to raiding yet still wish to progress as close to a hardcore level as possible. The goal here isn’t server firsts, its clearing the content in an efficient competitive manner.
Regarding the criteria for potential raiders I ask only that they have previous raiding experience and have full knowledge of playing their job at an efficient level, not asking for top fflogs here, only that you play your class to the best of your ability.
