Steps:
1: Talked to NPC:Race Chocobo Registrar to enter race R-40/R-60 (same outcome) random race.
2: Once in the rare chocobo's action/item bar is missing.
3: Check my UI HUD nothing was changed.
4: Switch to different Jobs same outcome.
5: This is my second Chocobo i made my first Chocobo had the action/item bar.
6: I entered a Training Course to check if it was just the race but i had the same problem in here too.
