GM Saldalrt
Regarding GM Saldalrt,
Normally, I wouldn't post this on a public forum, but every effort I've made to utilize contact through proper channels has been blocked unprofessionally.
While all the rest of my interactions with the GMs have been quite positive, even though they weren't always able to assist with the issue at hand, I usually feel listened to and some effort was made to understand what I was saying.
However, my last interaction with GM Saldalrt was not even close to the mark.
About 10% of the way into the conversation, he stopped listening to what I was saying, having apparently already made up his mind. I'm left to assume one of two things. Either he lacked the vocabulary to have the conversation and didn't want to admit it, or he chose not to have it. Either way, it was unprofessional.
On top of this, the support tickets that I've put in have been closed without any effort made to respond to me, although I still got the little survey to rate the service (which they bombed at, obviously).
I've been online gaming for almost 20 years now, and this was hands down, the worst customer service I've ever seen.
I'm hoping this was just an off-day.
