New 3.4 Static

Hey All! Looking to build a midcore "dream team" static that will progress at a rather fast pace for 3.4 (preferably clear before any patch nerfs) with exceptional players that have the same mindset and strive to clear end game content! During now until 3.4 we will attempt to test our composition and synergy with other raids just to get a feel with each other.

Right now our team is : Monk, Scholar, Warrior, Dragoon
Our raid schedule will be finalized when we recruit enough members but it will be very close to:
GMT +10, 7:30-10:30pm ( 2 lockouts minimum )
Tuesday
Wednesday
Friday/Saturday (either/both)

Requirements:
1. Some previous raid experience will be highly preferred like A6S clear but any skilled players will be considered
2. Able to perform at a competent level and efficiency on your role
3. Willing to learn
4. Give/Take constructive criticism without being toxic
5. Punctual
6. Discord w/ mic highly suggested

How do you feel about double warrior? I could run any tank, but warrior is main and I have no trouble MTing with it. Also, just fyi, i would have to server transfer

i would prefer an optimised PLD/DRK MT composition, although maybe can change it up after we have cleared, but just a headsup you are probably further ahead of us in this tier since we did take a few months break beforehand and i wouldnt want you to waste money server transferring just to try us out =/

Well im gonna have to server transfer if i want to keep raiding. Your schedule would be starting at 1:30am for me if my math is correct and those type of hours are really the only time i can commit to raiding in order to juggle my work schedule as well as trying to have some kind of life outside of video games. I work nights as it is, so using my only nights off to stay at home and raid sometimes up to 5 nights a week for the past 6 months has been miserable
