New static forming, no previous experience required

I've decided to try and form a new static. The goal would be to wrap up Heavensward and have a strong, close-knit group to hit the next expansion with. Some details are still being worked out, but we are looking to run 1-2 lockouts on Thursday and Fridays, beginning at 8pm EST. Our current needs / fillings are both. As for previous raiding experience, none is required, but definitely a plus as knowing how raiding works in general makes things slightly easier. Having been a former hardcore raider (if any old school people are around, you'll recognize me from Cobra Kai Dojo), experience in how to formulate strategy, make decisions on the fly, etc. come almost as a second nature. Like the stereotypical raid static, we are looking to progress, but not really going for the world / server firsts as a main priority.
