Fantasia bug

I recently used a potion of Fantasia, and I was only able to edit my characters race, and could not make any changes to my appearance. I am currently the base Au Ra Xaela. Is there a way I can be re-funded this potion, and if not, is there an alternate way I can go by changing my characters appearance. I had just bought the collectors edition, and waited for my download to fully complete before using the potion just to ensure no mistakes or bugs may occur with the use, I would love to hear feedback and would greatly appreciated.

Are you sure you didn't skip any options on the character customization screen?
Fantasias do allow you to edit everything about your character, maybe you just didn't select other options on the left?

I'm sure, I checked my screen, I pressed my scroll buttons I clicked every option I had, I could only make changes to race. It asked me to continue, so I thought that it would bring those options up next, but instead it sent me into the game. I'm sure there was nothing I could have done on that page, other than continue.

Did you hit the check at the bottom of the page instead of the one right under the race options?

Everything wasn't clickable under race, race was the only options that wasn't grayed out.
