As per GM response to a long JP suggestion thread on Aug 12, 2016. The dummy will be adjusted to take accuracy as part of damage calculation.

Also, your additional action now will be properly marked with the lvl requirement:

I've watched anime since I was 12, I've learned nothing watching anime.

Well, besides that strawberries are part of the rose family... Anime did teach me that. That, and that Japan has naturally occuring "soda-water" springs in the mountains, due to volcanic activity underground, that they will travel to to drink. (I don't know how true that second one actually is though.)
