Game freeze when calling my retainer

As the title already says...

It happens since version 1.19 - since that time I also cannot really place the retainers as I was able to do before the update. It just spawns "somewhere around me".
Now some nice and friendly player placed his retainer right on top of mine so I wanted to move my retainer a. The result is once more a game freeze every time I call the retainer. And no, the market ward is not full. In a full market ward I receive the message that I cannot place anymore retainer in that area.

Update your drivers for a Nvidia card and you may have to roll them back for an ATI card. Check all as this was an issue for many when 1.19 released.
