No Experience Points are gained on anything

Yesterday, August 7th, I tried to complete my duty roulettes to gain experience. I first tried doing the duty trials but i didn't see if i gained exp. I then did my leveling and main scenarios and both showed in the chat "A bonus of 0 experience points and $$$$ gil has been awarded for using the duty roulette". I tried to contact support through in-game but couldn't get any help. I came home from work today to try and see if it works but i still am not getting any experience. Can anyone please help me.
