Enhancement: Additional Visual Effect Filters

I would like to request additional effect filters; I have not found a way to turn these options off in the current environment so I'm curious if this is possible to be an enhancement?

Can an additional visual effect filters be added to turn off enemy effects?

The Disciples of Hand (DoH) ability and Disciples of Land (DoL) ability effects are able to be turned off, is it possible to turn off the flash that occurs during DoH progress and completion?

And is it possible to turn off the striking flash that occurs during DoL progress and completion?
