A Robust /Follow Feature Thought

It's not an auto-follow feature as much as it is a vehicle feature. One party member flags themselves as a vehicle, everyone else can jump on. I would really like to see a better auto-follow feature, and I think this would be it.
Just need two Mount Actions on Mounts to do this.
Add to Grand Company Chocobos (and some other - or all other - mounts [Definitely Fat Chocobo Mount]) two Mount Actions.
Fleet & Assemble

When activating the Fleet mount action. The player gets the stance/buff Fleet, an Icon appears next to their overhead name (similar to Queue'd, Party, AFK, etc icons).
Assemble
When using Assemble on a Party Member with the Fleet Flag/Buff activated, your hitbox is removed and the hitbox radius of the Fleet-buffed Party Member is increased. You no longer control movement of your Mount, you are sharing a hitbox with the other player(s), and they (the Fleet Flagged player) control movement.
As more players Assemble on the Fleet'd player, the positioning of these characters changes, shifting from one formation to another depending on the amount of people 'assembling' on the Fleet character.
If the flotilla is attacked, damage is split between all flotilla members. Heavy is inflicted on a RNG basis like currently. If Heavy happens, the Fleet buff is removed (thus everyone disassembles). The Fleet flag cannot be reflagged until agro table is clear. But Heavy/Bind is removed when player re-'Assemble's on someone.
Anyway I think this would be fun, especially in HW zones since they are so large. It's almost impossible to fly in uniform formation like SE teased in the trailer videos of Heavensward.
Also would enjoy the freedom of this follow feature as it lets more text-chat during travel/FATE grinding, and a lot less getting spread out or flying into walls.
