Did not receive Yo-kai Watch event item. (Whisper-go Key)

Hey there,

I didn't receive the Whisper-go Key after collecting all the youkai minions. I did get the achievement, but when I search for the item in my inventory or retainer inventories I don't get any results.

I think this happened because my inventory only had one slot left and when I received the last minion I guess it filled the last spot but the game also tried to add the key and I think something went wrong there.

How can I get the key now?

Go talk to the NPC at the Apkallu Falls in Old Gridania. The mount isn't given directly to you upon getting all minions, you have to tell him a tale (aka letting him know you have the achivement) and he'll give you the mount :)

You have to actually go pick up the achievement items (not just this, but any items you get from an achievement).

The NPC that does this is Jonathas at Apkallu Falls (Old Gridania, approx 10,6 next to waterfall). Talk to him and "Share a story" and he'll give you any item(s) you're owed (repeat until you have everything/he stops giving you things).

I think they did this because it was safer in case someone had a full inventory etc and can't repeat an achievement.
