No in game support/guildmasters
	
	
		I got asked to leave feedback here for in game customer service so here it is. 
Like a lot of players I get sick of the RMT transactions and first reported these on the 06/26/16 and got an automated response.
a few weeks later an incident occur'd with a few Mentor's repeatedly kicking each other from the Novice Network.  So my wife reported them and got an almost identical response to the one above (minus RMT sentence).  I then made another report 08/07/16 and got the exact same response that is up above.  
I reported to them that over the month I had filled up my black list (200 RMT spammers) but got asked to black list them still. further more I also included a very simple question,  After referencing an old C++ manual I beleive that an amateur such as myself could after a few days have simple spam filter up and running on the Tells/whispers to avoid RMT and asked simply why Square Enix, had not implemented one. then was invited to leave feed back.
