Where is Black ? (Moonfire Faire SPOILER)

Hi,
I finished the Moonfire Faire event and I have a question :
Where are each Bombo Warrior in Costa del Sol ?

- Red is the one who gives you the quest.
- Yellow is the one who sells Icecream material.
- but Black... Yellow says that she's nearby but I can't find her, anyone knows where is she ?

I couldnt find her either, but I do remember there were NPC at Limsa, so maybe she is at Limsa?

Black is on top of the shack with all the Moonfire Vendors

well Black is a ninja though when you look at her weapons
