Change to the Hempen Camise

Wasn't too sure where to put this topic but figured it might be best here.

One of the tops I love to use in FFXIV is the Hempen Camise for my Hyur (What it looks like) but one of the things that puts me off using it is the neck part.

I'm wondering in future if it can be changed so that neck part is removed from the top but then added as a neck gear that you can craft which looks the same as I imagine others may want to use it how it is designed at the min or would love to use that neck with something else.

Its always bugged me that with that top no neck gear looks right with it and that there is very few tops in the game that actually shows a neck and looks like something you would wear day to day.
