Looking for upgrade advice

I am currently looking to upgrade my kids PC's for FF 14. They are currently not getting very good FPS mainly I believe due to my son's 2Gb DDR3 card and my Daughter using a low end APU with the APU graphics (memory running at 2133MHZ). I do not want to move off the AM2 platform for them as I built their computers less than a year ago for general computing but have now found they want to play more advanced games. PC specs are as follows:

PC 1
AMD A6 6400K (Stock 3.9GHZ)
8GB Gskill Ripjawz 2133MHZ RAM
120GB SSD
1TB HDD
AMD HD 8450 (Onboard)

PC 2

AMD A8 5600K
8GB 1600MHZ RAM
120Gb SSD
1TB HDD
AMD R7 250 2Gb DDR3 GPU

It seems to be mainly the CPU and the GPU that needs upgraded. Any help would be much appreciated
