New Player looking for a Free Company

Hey there, I'm a newcomer to this game (been playing for around 2 weeks) and I'm looking for a nice Free Company.

Although im new to this game, im a bit more experienced in this genre (played a bit of WoW, GW2 and also Wildstar which I raided for a time).
At the moment im leveling BLM and PLD levels 40/34 respectively, I started with THM but after my friend started playing this game I decided to level GLD to help him out, even though tanking is a bit of a joke early game, (from what I've heared) but I'm starting like it.

In terms of Free Company I'm just looking for one that's newb friendly, moslty focused to PVE and ofc a nice place to meet new people :), oh and btw that friend I mentioned earlyer, if possible, I ask to invite him too, hes a fast learner and he mains healer.
