Peak Times?

Hi I am new to PvP and want to dive right in. I am aware of all the current issues with the queuing system and disparity between player experiences but I am at a point where I need to get my feet wet and learn how it all works. To help lessen the wait time I have a few questions.

1. With many players distracted with PotD and Yo-kai watch, are there any remaining peak times for any of the PvP modes (primarily Feast and Shatter)?

2. Which role(s) have the most shortage in Wolves' Den: Tanks, Healers, Melee, or Ranged?

3. Which GC has the fewest pool of players currently?

4. Do most players queue in the mornings or evenings?

I play on Primal Data Center (Diabolos)
I am Twin Adders (recently Maelstrom)
I play Monk, Machinist, Scholar, and Dark Knight
I queue with all languages and multiple modes selected
