Missing achievement item

I just completed the event achievement "You Must Needs Befriend Them All" for the Yo-Kai Watch event, but I was not awarded the Whisper A-go Key that grants the Whisper mount.

I attempted to open multiple support tickets in-game to try and resolve this issue, but all I received were automatic reply/copy paste responses that showed nobody actually read my tickets. I have come here in hopes that I can get this issue addressed.

You need to talk to the achievement npc Jonathad in Old Gridania, Apkallu Falls to get the whistle for the mount.
